Choosing besser to do our roof was the best decision we made. They helped us without fail from start to finish, ensuring we were happy and taken care of. Besser is  trustworthy, easy to work with & competitive on pricing. They stand behind their work and I know if I ever need something, they will be there. Our project manager, Andrew was around all day checking on the guys and their work. He was polite and stayed on top of the trash. Besser Renovations (Kyle) provided me with a new roof, complete roof shingles and some decking work. Communication through the process was excellent, I never had to call once to see where the process stood. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through the insurance process. I’m really glad I chose Besser Renovation. It took me nearly a year to decide which company to go with, and I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to work with me throughout the process. My experience with Besser Roofing and Renovations started about a year before I hired them to handle my roof claim. My neighbor recommended Besser after a couple of her friends told her how satisfied their experience had been.  Little did I know how great this recommendation would benefit me. The owners of Besser which includes my agent Jay Adams have many years of professional experience in the insurance industry and now they use their experience to achieve the best outcome for their clients.  Also, Jay's qualifications enabled him to write my claim that got me the highest quality roof and also saved me money!  No matter how many times my insurance company said "NO" to any part of my claim Jay replied with the proper codes to substantiate my claim. Shout out to Landon Manness at Besser (recommended by our wonderful realtor, Marisa Jones (nee Seelof))!!! He came the day that we invited - a few days after Hurricane Beryl had barreled!!!! Despite the workload, no attitude, and icing on the cake, a caring and responsive (with a humble yet knowledgeable) demeanour was the feature that proved the conscientiousness that he brought to this business proposition! Top it off with being prompt about everything, that was very welcome! The communications with the insurance company took more than the usual time because they were being as unreasonable as one can expect them to be, finally refusing to pay for the roof because it was not big according to their adjuster who (as expected) was prompt and curt and non-responsive to the customer and loyal to his employer! So after losing the battle, Landon approached us with options and possibilities of how to accommodate the expenses, and this was within a matter of days. Understanding the timeframe and respectful of our time and mental state for the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl and of the lack of understanding of the insurance company, he organised everything with a reasonable timeframe but managed to complete everything effectively and before time!!! Last but not the least, the thorough after inspection of the work by the personnel (who were also very respectful) and by Landon himself picking some nails leftover showed us the dedication to work! Strongly recommend him and Besser for your roof requirements! And yes, it was economical and justified! With the warranty that is offered, we have ticked this one requirement off the list!
